A strong team with an enviable heritage
We first opened for business in 1932 specialising in boat hull design. By the 1960s, we moved into acoustics and more specialist and technical areas, and with our reputation for superior craftsmanship we became a trusted supplier to the Royal Navy and over 25 navies worldwide. Today we are a team of 80 exceptional individuals who design, manufacture, test and manage bespoke solutions from engineering concept, to through-life support and disposal. Based in Dorchester and The Isle of Portland, we can provide exciting, challenging and rewarding long-term opportunities for skilled people at all stages of their careers.
