Composite Design and Build Specialists Tods Defence will demonstrate the on-going technical development of Sonar Bow Domes for both surface vessels and submarines.

The Company are currently embedded partners for the design, build and installation of a diverse range of international warship projects, including the US Navy DDG 1000 Destroyers, Royal Navy Type 45 programme, UK Astute submarine series, Spanish Navy F100 Class Frigates, Spain’s S80 submarine programme, and other projects with the Australian and Indian navies.

Tods Defence have recently integrated their technical design and manufacturing facilities at their Portland UK headquarters to coordinate their capability in the provision of composite and acoustic solutions for defence applications.

Extending Tods available expertise in the naval environment, Tods are exhibiting submarine radomes and pressurised enclosures for air operating radar and communications sensors.
